Salts

Our salts form the foundation of every blend. We source from some of the world’s most revered salt beds, including hand-raked French Fleur de Sel, deep-mined Himalayan pink salt, and slow-smoked sea salt from the Pacific coast. Each variety is minimally processed to preserve its trace minerals and natural flavor complexity.

We partner directly with cooperatives and family-owned operations who practice sustainable harvesting—ensuring regeneration of salt beds and ethical working conditions. Every crystal you taste supports fair trade and centuries-old traditions.

Herbs and Spices

Our herbs and spices are selected not only for their vibrant flavours, but also for how they're grown. We use organic, non-irradiated, and  air-dried ingredients from farms that prioritise soil health and      biodiversity.

From sun-dried rosemary on a Greek hillside to hand-harvested chilli from smallholder farms in   India, every botanical is traceable. Many of our spices are fair trade certified, empowering farmers and preserving cultural growing       practices passed down through   generations.

Citrus

We use the peel—not the juice—because it’s where the aromatic oils live. Our citrus elements (lemon, orange, lime, and yuzu) are carefully peeled by hand, then dried at low temperatures to retain their essential oils and vibrant color.

Sourced from organic orchards and regenerative citrus groves, our peels are pesticide-free and packed with complexity. We never use artificial flavorings or extracts, only real fruit, preserved the right way.

Mushrooms

Our mushrooms bring a deep, savoury richness to certain blends. We use     gourmet varieties like shiitake, porcini, and black trumpet, dehydrated at peak flavour and finely ground to integrate seamlessly into salt textures.

We source from eco-certified foragers and indoor cultivators using sustainable   growing mediums and zero-waste      practices. No synthetic enhancers, no hidden ingredients, just real mushroom umami, with a clean, earthy finish.
